The School of Polish Language and Culture POLLANDO was founded in September 2013. Its name originates from the international language Esperanto, where it means ‘Poland’. It reflects a connection with the local tradition (Ludwik Zamenhof, the creator of Esperanto, was born in Bialystok), and, at the same time, our openness towards other countries and cultures. Our offer is directed at both foreigners who wish to learn Polish and people with Polish origins who live abroad.
Esperanto was intended to be useful in international communication and easy to learn. Such is also Polish taught in POLLANDO – easy to learn and useful. Studying with us is fun and pleasure.
